Your responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Designing the legal setup of our financing programs (primarily under English law)
  • Preparing all legal documents involved in purchasing and securitisation processes
  • Leading all external legal teams in a transaction – Instruction of, and cooperation with, law firms as well as assessment of legal opinions
  • Taking overall responsibility for the signing and closing process for each transaction
  • Supporting the onboarding process for all new corporate clients, including due diligence and documentation
  • Leading our standardisation process for all documents in each transaction
  • Continuously improving the company’s legal process landscape and execution
  • Supporting the portfolio management team where needed
  • Acting as a Director of the various SPVs if needed

You develop your enthusiasm by sharing your knowledge and experience in complex structures and bringing together external teams to ensure the smooth and faultless completion of transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You are characterised by your initiative and dedicated working attitude as well as your attention to detail. You have a networked way of thinking and are an independent, proactive, and flexible personality. In hectic situations, you keep a cool head and act in a solution and customer-oriented manner.

Your individuality complemented by the following skills makes you our new team member:

  • 3-5 years relevant working experience in investment banking or law firm
  • Specialisation in Financial Markets Law (incl. Finance, Capital Markets, Securitisation)
  • Master degree in law (Swiss or foreign)
  • Bar admission preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office 2016/365
